Authorized voice use
You may only upload, clone, synthesize, or generate voices that you own or have explicit permission to use. Impersonation, deception, and unauthorized voice cloning are prohibited.
Responsibility for rights and disputes
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, consents, and permissions required for every voice sample, prompt, and generated output you submit or use through Custom Voices. You are solely responsible for disputes, claims, damages, or legal demands arising from unauthorized uploads, cloning, synthesis, publication, or use of voice content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Custom Voices and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these promises or your misuse of the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Custom Voices to create harmful, fraudulent, abusive, illegal, or misleading content, or to bypass security, identity, or consent safeguards.
Credits and billing
Plans, credits, retention windows, and provider availability may vary by subscription. Monthly subscription credits are valid during the active billing period and do not roll over unless a plan says otherwise. Payment verification may be processed by Creem. You can contact support@customvoices.net for billing questions or cancellation help.
5. CONTENT SAFETY & PROHIBITED CONTENT
Custom Voices prohibits NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, nude, exploitative, abusive, hateful, violent, fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, or unauthorized impersonation content. You may not generate, upload, publish, or distribute prohibited content through the service. Violations may result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and no refund for remaining credits or subscription time. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and block future access at any time when we believe the service is being misused.
Refund policy
Refund requests must be sent to support@customvoices.net within 7 days of purchase. We may provide a refund when the service is unavailable or a technical failure prevents normal use. Consumed AI credits, generated audio, policy violations, abuse, chargeback fraud, and accounts terminated for prohibited content are not refundable.
Third-party providers
Custom Voices is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party AI model, voice, storage, or payment providers unless explicitly stated.
Service availability
Custom Voices may depend on third-party AI, storage, authentication, and payment providers. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
