No. Custom Voices prohibits NSFW, adult, pornographic, illegal, hateful, fraudulent, and unauthorized impersonation content.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, authentication data, billing records, uploaded audio samples, generated audio, prompts, usage logs, and support messages needed to operate Custom Voices.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the voice studio, process payments, protect accounts, enforce usage limits, improve reliability, and respond to support or legal requests.

Voice samples and generated audio

Uploaded voice samples and generated audio are treated as private workspace assets. You should only upload voices you own or have explicit permission to use.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, storage, analytics, and AI providers to deliver the service. Creem may act as merchant of record and payment processor for paid plans. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials on Custom Voices servers.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can request deletion of account or workspace data where applicable.
