Monthly subscription credits are valid during the active billing period. Trial audio is retained for 7 days, and paid plan audio follows the retention window shown on each plan.
Refund requests can be sent to support@customvoices.net within 7 days of purchase. Consumed AI credits, generated audio, prohibited content, abuse, and terminated accounts are not refundable.
Starter supports one brand voice for light creator work. Creator adds regular narration, previews, and exports. Studio supports teams that produce frequent voice assets with higher voice-profile and retention limits.
NSFW, adult, pornographic, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, illegal, or unauthorized impersonation content is prohibited and can lead to permanent account termination without refund.
